Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Prepare the bread: Cut your bread into 1-inch cubes and spread them evenly into the greased baking dish.
Mix the custard: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
Soak the bread: Pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread cubes and gently press the bread down so it all gets coated. Let it soak for 15 minutes.
Add butter and bake: Drizzle the melted butter over the top and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Make the glaze: While the pudding bakes, whisk together powdered sugar, milk or cream, and a dash of cinnamon until smooth.
Cool and serve: Let the bread pudding cool for about 10 minutes, then drizzle with glaze and serve warm.
